While in Giverny, France, over 12 years ago, I was one of a group of artists who had claim to Monet’s Garden during the off hours. Such a moment in my history that I will carry with me forever! Now, whenever I see any type of lily pad or pond such as Claude Monet’s lily pond, I transport back to that time and put the feelings of that place into my painting. This is a one-of-a-kind (no prints made) watercolor that is framed and ready for hanging.
