Description
One of our favorite beaches not far from where we live on the North Shore. Low tide exposes the protective reef that keeps powerful waves from crashing to shore. If I’m lucky enough to get a walk on the beach I like to go at the end of the day when it’s shady and cooler. The colors are soothing and peaceful. This is a watercolor under-painting with soft pastel. The medium lends itself well to the mood.
