Maui has two seasons – summer and winter. But in my mind, we get all four seasons in one 24-hour period with the colors. Morning colors are cooler with the sunrise, and then there’s the bright light of the day, but in the evening . . . it’s autumn. The rich, warm colors of autumn are reflected in the sky onto the plant life giving me an easy, peaceful feeling, like being satisfied after a day filled with love and cherished memories. This image was painted from my imagination after standing witness to countless miracles of watching the earth rotate away from the sun. Enjoy!
