Description
Plants are never static. They move, grow and bend. My goal in painting this ginger was to show its movement. To do this I loosened my grip on the pastel and allowed the motion from my arm to swing and turn this ginger into motion with curvy marks and splashes of bold colors. Life on our planet is ever-changing and that includes us.
