Description
This double framed pastel uses museum glass to hide any reflection and protect the painting from UV rays. I titled this one “sugar beach” although it is a beach on the north shore called “Ho’okipa Beach.” When viewed in person you can see the way the clear water reflects the light to give the impression of sugar instead of sand. Standing on the shoreline can be mesmerizing and seductive.
