Description
Looking out my studio window, I noticed how striking the plumeria blossoms looked with the morning sun lighting them. The last cluster of flowers on the tree was perfectly lit, and I knew I had to capture the moment while it lasted. We had just come out of 30 days of non-stop rain and seeing the sun on these beauties forced me to pay attention. I hope this painting invokes the same sense of hope to the viewer that I felt when I saw them that morning.
