Once you taste an apple banana you’ll never want to go back to eating any other kind. I tolerated bananas if I had to . . . then I experienced these. Oh. My. They are so good. It helps to have friends to share them with because there are several “hands” on a stem and they seem to ripen all at once. This is one hand of my friend’s banana tree. She lives on the north shore in Haiku where I live so we get a lot of rain here. Banana trees love rain so they do well in our area. Do yourself a favor– try one if you haven’t already!
